TC's Tip of the week!

Focus foundation on the T-Zone

If you feel overwhelmed with techniques or spend over three minutes applying foundation....it probably looks too heavy. Here is a great tip to make your foundation look natural without getting that mask look.  Apply foundation to the T-zone area of face and only use minimal on cheeks and jawline.  I tell my clients to "feather" the foundation outward from the focal point of face.  Also, if you aren't using a foundation brush....GET ONE!  The way you apply your make-up makes a huge difference!  Sponges tend to absorb and waste product.

Stay gorgeous!

  1. How do you use a foundation brush with liquid foundation (or do you)? You wouldn't want to, would you?

Great question! Yes you can and should use a brush even with a liquid foundation. Simply dot the foundation on with your fingers or a Q-tip, then spread downward on face. Good luck! Stay gorgeous!
