You are what you sleep!
This weeks tip has nothing to do with make-up application but everything to do with how to look your best.
"Beauty Sleep" is not a myth!
I'm not just telling you to get a good nights rest, but reminding you that your make-up will only look as good as your skin does. Lack of sleep not only is apparent in decission making and overall health, but is very obvious on your face. You need to get sound sleep to experience prime cell renewal. Just like exercise and eating right, you really have to make it happen. We are nocturnal creatures, which means the sleep before dawn is ideal, and don't forget your position! ON YOUR BACK! We don't want those mean creases on our faces!
So, like most of my tips and advise, take baby steps and ease into a new ritual of doing what it takes to get to bed early and catch seven to eight good hours of "z's". You will look and feel much better! Just do it!
This tip is very serious....I mean it. Now, get to bed!
